2. Bundesliga

Aue- Mainz: AUe pk,+0.5 @ 1.95 and under 2.5 @ 1.89

Aue is in relegation zone, but they are a solid home team and tough to beat there (only two losses in 12 games, which is good in respect to the overall standings). They need points here and will therefore be up for a fight and not scared of the big name Mainz.
Mainz is in tight promotion race, but struggling a bit lately to produce results. They have 4 draws and only one win from last 5 games overall. Their main problem is a lack of offense resulting in many unders. Especially in away games they tend to play with a more defensive approach leading to 7 of last 8 away games going under the number.

Hoffenheim- Augsburg: under 2.5 @ 2.0

Hoffenheim is on a solid run and looking good in promotion race, but although producing the results they are actually playing not too well. Their success is lately based on solid defense resulting in many unders (5 of last 6 games). They are missing their complete starting offense here with suspension. Especially against defensive minded teams from the bottom they had problems lately and escaped barely with 1-0 home wins over Paderborn and Aue.
Augsburg is above relegation zone right now, but not save. They have very mixed results lately, but for sure playing solid defense. 6 of 7 games went under the number. Not saying that they can pull the upset here, but in what should be a low scoring game it will be very tight.

on the 1. Bundesliga match for info only:

Rostock- Wolfsburg: no play

Tough game. Rostock just above relegation zone will be going fort he win at home, but not sure if they can. They have very mixed results lately and also most games went under the number. Before last week s 1-4 at Stuttgart (which got out of hand a bit) they played 6 unders.
Wolfsburg is probably the hottest team in league right now and not shy to go for away wins, but they are missing RioCosta, Madlung and Grafite for red or yellow card suspension. Wolfsburg turned it around in 2nd half of season, because the many new players had enough time to fit together and started clicking. Now for the first time they are missing 3 key players. I have simply no idea how they will react..winning/loosing offensive, defensive. Stay away

solid, yesterday..now let s keep it going

Leverkusen- Frankfurt: Leverkusen -0.5,-1 @ 1.85

Leverkusen currently in 3rd place played very solid lately. They are coming off a 1-2 loss at München, but that can happen. They are a very high paced dominant home team and have won 6 of last 7 home games vs. Frankfurt. Only thing to have in mind is that they are playing in uefa-cup on Thursday(might be a bigger factor next week), but then again the race for 2nd-to 5th spot is to tight to have a let down here.
Frankfurt is a surprise for me, but they are doing well in producing results. Coming off two straight wins and showing some good away form they might actually be able to keep this close. But still I cannot ignore the better team at home.

Hamburg- Bielefeld: under 2.5 @ 2.00

Hamburg is a dominant home team and the better team here for sure, but they will be missing Mathijsen, De Jong and Kompany due to suspension. They usually playing from a very controlled setup leading to lots of unders (8 of last 10 games). That could change here as those 3 players are really key-players to their usually safety-first tactics.
Bielefeld is just above the relegation zone and is playing better lately. They are focusing more on a defensive approach leading to 3 draws from last 4 games, which is not good but an improvement. They played 7 of last 9 games under. From the numbers it has to go under, but maybe Hamburg is playing a bit more offensive in that game and then the under might come down to Bielefeld being able to score or not, which scares me a bit, if Hamburg opens up more than usually.
The side is too high at -1.25 for me.

Nürnberg- München : München -0.5,-1 @ 1.90

Nürnberg in relegation zone and struggling big time in all aspects of the game. They will miss Reinhard and Mnari, which will lead to some changes in defense. München is quite dominant on top of the standings. On paper everything looks easy. A couple of aspects preventing it from being a big play: it s a derby in which München usually does well, but lost last time 0-3 at Nürnberg (could be good or bad); München might be easy toward Nürnberg, which really needs points as the clubs have a friendly relationship; with the Uefa-cup, as one of the main competitions for Bayern, coming up mid-week they might rest players, when being in the lead. München should win here straight up, but very likely , by just one goal.

Bochum- Dortmund: Bochum pk,-0.5 @ 2.11

It s a derby first of all. Bochum is playing well lately. They are coming off 3 solid draws and had 2 wins before (all against good teams). They are playing well and inspired at home and this should not be a difference here. Dortmund is playing terrible. They made it somehow to the cup-final which made their season. everything else is completely unimportant and the team is playing like that. In this kind of derby you need to be aggressive and simply need the right attitude. Bochum will bring it for sure. Dortmund very likely not. In addition Bochum has a solid home history vs. Dortmund

Bremen- Duisburg: Bremen -1.5 @ 1.84 !! 2 units!!

Bremen is struggling right now, but there has to come the time they are getting out of the slump. Duisburg might be the right opportunity. Bremen is welcoming back Mertesacker, Jenssen and Borowski. Everybody is available. Duisburg is in relegation zone and usually helpless in away game. If Bremen does not cover the number here, something is really wrong with the team and a possible fade in the future.

Regionalliga

Nord:

Wolfsburg- Cottbus: Cottbus pk,-0.5 @ 2.07

Wolfsburg dead last , only one point from last 6 and is practically relegated. Cottbus is playing better lately with new coach. they still struggle to score, but a 4-2 home win over Emden should have given them enough boost to go for the away win here.

Oberhausen - Lübeck: Oberhausen -1.5 @ 1.95 !! 2 units!!

Oberhausen is ooking for promotion to 2. Bundesliga. they are very strong at home. Lübeck is almost certain heading for relegation. even worse they are very short of filing bancrpcy. players get saleries late and that s all the talk right now.. in addition the starting keeper and 2 more players are injured.

Ahlen- Verl: Ahlen -1 @1.93

Ahlen with 5 wins from last 6 being in promotion race, while Verl is in the lower half not playing particular well and will very likely go down

crazy day in Bundesliga, but Regionalliga saved me again.

Sunday

2. Bundesliga

Gladbach- Koblenz: Koblenz +1 @ 2.0 and under 2.5 @ 2.04
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
Gladbach is the league leader, but not being dominant lately. This is mainly due to a lack of scoring. Especially at home very the opponent is more defensive they struggle to score often resulting in unders. 5 of last 7 overall and last 4 home games went under the number. <o:p></o:p>
Koblenz is a mid table team, but on a very solid run. They won 4 of last 5 with the only loss a 0-1 at top-team Köln. Their success is mainly based on a solid defense, resulting in 8 of last 10 games going under. The under is the obvious play. The +1 is simply too much considering a low scoring game and recent Koblent form (they have not lost by two in last 13 games)<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Wehen- Fürth: over 2.5 2 @1.83 and Wehen pk @ 2.02<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Wehen a mid table team with mixed results lately. They are doing well against the better teams which can help here. They are not a real over team, but there is still a lots of scoring in their games as from the last 12 games 6 had two goals and 6 went over.<o:p></o:p>
Fürth is struggling a bit lately with only 1 win and 2 draws in 6 games. Not enough in promotion race, but that the usual tendency for them towards the end of the season. Fürth is also playing mixed results regarding the total , but they are always dangerous on offense. They have some injury concerns on defense, which should also help.<o:p></o:p>
It s important to get the 2.25 as I see a 2-0 or 1-1 as the only results making this a looser.<o:p></o:p>

1. Bundesliga

Cottbus- Berlin: Cottbus pk @ 1.83

Cottbus is relegation zone, but playing better lately. They won at home vs. München and lost last week 1-2 at Frankfurt (should have been a draw actually). They have a very solid record vs. Berlin, which might have something to do of being a team from east-germany playing against "the big Berlin-club". That seems to give them and the fans always some extra motivation. And what Cottbus is able to do with extra motivation at home you can ask Munich.
Berlin remains unpredictable as ever . they lost at home to Schalke last week and are simply in the middle of nowhere. Simunic is suspended for the game and I cannot see any special motivation here from their side.

Hannover- Stuttgart: over 2.5 @ 1.86 !! 2 units!!

Hannover playing very mixed results right now. Hanke is suspended with red. You cannot see a particular home advantage for them, but they are playing a lot of overs lately (9 from last 12 games) resulting from a lack of defense in combination with a always dangerous offense (especially at home). Stuttgart is on a run this year with 5 wins and a draw from last 6. this development comes together with high scoring games as 6 of last 8 went over with always both teams on the board. It s probably the strongest play on the board this week.
